I have been a serious collector of art, antiques and folk art in various mediums for the past 35 years.  It has been a rewarding study of form, surface and texture, and I have applied this knowledge and "feel" to create my own contemporary art works in steel and metal.

      I fully embrace the creative process and find old steel that has survived a previous useful life to be the ultimate material, with its' unlimited forms, color, surfaces and textures and unrivaled strength. It is this strength and beauty which allow me to create abstract sculpture which cannot be made with any other material.  Balance points and gravity can truly be defied, which allow an unlimited number of dynamic and inspiring configurations.  Every sculpture I create is unique and every process from raw scrap to finished sculpture is by my hand.
